Order Processing:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your
transaction/order to be processed. Your order will usually be
shipped out no later than 3-4 business days.
Refund Policy:
If you are not
completely satisfied with your order, we will refund the amount of
the purchase, excluding shipping and tax.
You are responsible for paying all shipping charges and
tax associated with your return.
Refund Exclusions:
*We are sorry, but we
cannot be responsible for orders that are not delivered,
undeliverable or have been damaged during the transit process and no
refunds will be given in these instances.
*We are not responsible for personalization
errors or shipping address errors made by the customer. Please check
your personalized message and shipping address carefully before proceeding to check
out. No refunds
will be given for personalization errors or shipping
address erros made by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
You may
cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering to receive a
full refund. No refunds will be given to customers who cancel
an order after 24 hours of purchasing an order.
How to Obtain a Refund:
In order to obtain a
refund for an order, you must return the complete product in its
entirety to us within 15
days of purchase - no exceptions. Orders must be shipped
to the correct mailing address.

Payment Methods:
PayPal: We currently
accept credit card payments via PayPal, a secure third party payment
processor. Most major credit cards are accepted and no PayPal
account is necessary to make a payment.
Money Order: Simply select the items you wish to
purchase in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Once
your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation, which
will include our mailing address. You can then mail your money
order to the address provided to you.
